I have a separate calendar for each of five conference rooms.  How can I
print the weekly contents of all five calendars onto one document.  Or can I
export the information to a Word document or some other document that can be
shared by other staff who want to print and/or access the information quickly
to refer or direct clients and staff to the appropriate meeting room?

What is the underlying purpose of this request?  If you have the rooms set
as resouce calendars, this removes most of your stated requirements for
people to know where to go.  If you explain the problem, rather than
troubleshoot your proposed solution, you may get a good answer to the
underlying request instead.

After furious head scratching, M Olson asked:

One way is to show them how to put the rooms on their shortcut bar so they
can access the data quickly.
