Need Help for Appointment entries

When I try to create an appointement and click "save and close" M Outlook
Shutsdown and display the error message.
I've unnistalled lots of progs, disable startup progs in msconfig.
Used detect and repair, Unnistalled M Outlook, re-installed it, Unnistalled
M Office and re-installed it.
Used Norton WinDoctor and Registry Mechanic, and I don´'t know what else to
do besides Install a new O.S. .
Does anybody had the same prob?
Please Help...!!!

What version of Outlook and what is the error message?  Also, using any
Norton utilities usually compounds the problem and rarely fixes it (IMHO).
