Accepted/Declined, etc. and Meeting Updates

When you look at tracking in a meeting request and see the Accepted/Declined
entries, how do you know if those entries pertain to responses to the
original meeting request or to the updates?

Outlook displays the latest response to that appointment, regardless of
whether it was to the original or an update.
