How do I set up Outlook 2003 for a laptop that syncs with a networ

We have a network of 2 computers - one desktop & one laptop.  We recently
acquired Outlook 2003 and want to set up the laptop so that the Outlook data
can be used offline and then saved when online.  Please direct me towards and
resources and advise if this is in fact possible.

I would like to do this as well, if anyone has any advice please let me know.
