Recurring appointment patterns

Could you please tell me how to set a recurring reminder/meeting for a
particular working day in the month. At the moment the drop down list only
goes to the 4th working day and I need to schedule the 6th working day.

When you are in the appointment recurrence tab and on a monthly appt. There
is a drop down list for selecting the day of the month you want to set it
for. eg: the 2nd Wed/weekday etc.
