I have two questions concerning Outlook 2003 Calendar AutoPick:

1. How to limit meeting request's AutoPick to pick only certain hours (e.g.
for lunch appointments, AutoPick to only pick next available slot between
e.g. 12:00-14:00)

and

2. How to AutoPick next available Conference Room (no matter which) for all
at once (not one per check). I.e. I just need to AutoPick any (available) of
our Conference Room resources, hence when marking all as (tentative?)
resources for the appointment, I'd like AutoPick to select any of those
which may be available.

Our PC's are running PC:
Microsoft Windows XP Professionel, Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build
2600
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1

Our Exchange Server is running:
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, Version 5.2 (Build
3790.srv03_rtm.030323-2048).
Exchange System Version 6.5.7226.0

Any assistance is highly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Soren

You can't do those things with Autopick.   It looks for the NEXT slot of the
length you have selected.
