How do I change a LABEL in calendar?

In the Outlook Calendar there are Eleven ways to label an appointment. My
question; Is there a way to ADD a NEW or CHANGE a label name?

Edit menu, Labels, Edit Labels.

You cannot add new ones, but you can change the names of the existing ones.
