I want to be able to update my calender on my laptop to match my secretaries
calender at the end of a day.  I am on a network.  How do I do this?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
