can i download a list of national holidays directly into outlook

is there a way to automatically download national holiday schedule into
outlook. i am constantly booking appointments on days eg martin luther king
day, valentines day, thanksgiving etc, that don't show up on my outlook
calendar. thanks.

Have you used the Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Holidays to install the
Holidays for your country? If they do not appear, have you tried
http://www.calendar-updates.com for a list of national holidays for your
country?
