on my job I need to carry a multitude of task during a single day. I need my
calendar to be able to alarm when a task is due. I also need to share this
calendar with up to 25 people, who in turn have to perform the same duties
when I am not here. Can we share a single file that can be updated by
everyone and that would be recent every time we log on to Outlook. I'm using
Outlook 2000? and all computers are on a server.

You didn't say what mail server you're using. See
