Good Morning!

Is there a way that I can send a single meeting invitation to a group of
people that offers them a choice of times to select from for a training
session?

Hi Michelle

What you can do is send them an email and use voting buttons in it.  Many of
my clients use it when scheduling courses.

Make a new email, use the Options button (in the email toolbar) and click
Use Voting Buttons.  Type March 3rd; March 15th; April 21st to make 3
buttons,  It's the ; that makes the buttons.

The replies must all be opened (not just marked as read) for Outlook to
track responses.  Depending on your version (PLEASE post next time) the
tracking data - who prefers which date, will be in the sent email, or in any
of the received ones.
