I created a shared calendar in Public Folders.  How can I get it to appear in
"Other Calendars" on people's Outlook workstations and not have to have them
drill all the way down to public folders to view the items?

Assuming you are using MS Exchange, open the folder list, drill down to the
calendar and right click. Select move to favorites.    Ok out .  It should
now be in 'other calendars.
