Dear Microsoft,

When are you going to FIX DUPLEX CALENDAR PRINTING in Outlook 2003?  This
problem has been brought up there several times with no response.

Anytime you break something with an upgrade, I would think that fixing it
would be a high priority. But Outlook 2003 has been out for a while now and I
expected this to be fixed with a hotfix, or for sure the SP1 release. But it
still does not work.

Please fix it.

Thank you,
-Jack Presley

Hello - this is not Microsoft.  Send your request (more politely worded,
IMHO) to mswish@microsoft.com with Outlook in the subject.

It's not? This is where one is sent to make a "suggestion" or "provide
feedback." I get direct replies from Microsoft in other sections.

As far as being polite, I said "Please." They should have warned me they
were downgrading my software before taking my MONEY.
