Move recurring monthly meeting

Is it possible to move a recurring meeting day one time. For example from
the 2nd Thursday of each month, to Monday of the same week in February?

Drag the meeting to the date navigator for the selected day. When prompted
for all or just this meeting, select just this occurance.
