XP Professional: Outlook 2003.  Set up appointment, inviting "meeting room"
as a resource.  Also selected meeting room as location.  In public folders
meeting room has its calendar (set up by our sys admin).  Meeting room
(resource) allows conflicting appointments in its calendar.  How can I
prevent this?  I have looked everywhere for help on this, but cannot find
anything.
Thanks.  If you can suggest a better way to do this, please advise and I
will let our Sys Admin know.

Under Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Resource Scheduling, have the Sys Admin
select Automatically decline conflicting meeting schedules for the meeting
room resource.
