Can this be done in Outlook 2003?

A meeting is set up and placed on multiple calendars within a public folder.
The time or location then changes and an update needs to be sent.  Is there
any way to have the change automatically reflected on each calendar on which
the entry appears?

Thanks for your assistance

If you send the updates to the owners of the various calendars and they have
the option set to automatically accept, then yes.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
