How do I chage the default meeting time?

I want to be able to change the default one hour time block to 30 minute time
blocks when scheduling all meetings instead of manualy changing on every new
appointment I enter.

Display your calendar in a one day view and right click in the times listed.
Select the default to be 60 minutes.
