I want to have an email (text message to my cell phone) sent when the
'reminder' pops up for an appointment.  How do I do this?  With the reminder
options you can choose the time before and a sound and if a window will pop
up but I want to send a message too.

After furious head scratching, mrachul asked:

Hello, I've created a service specifically just for this:
http://www.messagingreminder.com/.  You don't have to pay anything to
download the software, but for only the service that is only $0.10 a
reminder!  Plus you can try out the service for a month free!  If you have
any questions, you can always contact me.  Thanks, Matt.
