MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / March 2005Error opening shared folder
I have shared calendars setup on my machine. I can open any 2 of them with no problem. When I try to open the 3rd or 4th I get an error message. "The Calendar folder could not be found" Appropriate permissions have been granted. Tried with and w/o Office 2003 SP1. Any ideas what's causing the error? Thanks Are you an Outlook 2003 client running off Exchange 2003 on the backend? Do you have Email caching turned on in Outlook 2003? If you answered YES to both questions, then there is a hotfix from Microsoft for Exchange that will solve your problems. This link will take you to an article on the subject. http://support.microsoft.com/?id=885924 We got the hotfix from Microsoft installyed on our Exchange 2003 cluster, and immediately all the users are happy, and everything works. |
