I cannot find a way to make the Outlook Calendar make appointments recur
biennially (every 2 years/every other year).  This would be VERY helpful to
parents who are divorced and alternate holidays in even and odd years.  It is
difficult to remember what year you have what holiday, and having to dig out
the divorce decree every year to re-enter holidays seems ridiculous.

Have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment at
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/Repeat%20Appointment/index.htm. This
allows as you request plus many other features.

Regards
Graeme
