Hope that someone can help me clean up a problem that I am having with my Outlook XP (2002). It's size has grown out of control and I need to do some house cleaning on it. 1. Is there a simple way to do it and retain some of recent calendar history? Thank you in advance for your assistance. View the Calendar in By Category view. Sort by the date field. Select the range of meetings you want to delete or move. Then delete them or drag them to an Archive folder.
