I have set up my calendar sharing with other people (Outlook 2002) on a
server and was wondering why the people that open my calendar see everything
but do not get any visual or audio alarm. is it possible to set up so they
can get these alarms.

Thanks

J.P.,   I am trying to do the same thing with an exchange server 5.5 and
outloook2003 .  One way seems to be to invite the people that you want to
have the alarm when creating the event (this will put the event on their
personal calendar if they are configured to auto accept invitations).  I am
looking for an easier way to do this.
