how do i share a calendar between outlook 2000 and outlook 2002 c.

I want to create an Outlook 2000 calendar, then share it with both Outlook
2000 and 2002 clients. The 2002 client receives the share request message,
but states that Net Folders needs to be installed. Yet from what I have read,
Net Folders is not supported under Outlook 2002.
