New Outlook 2003 with default events carried over from Outlook 2000.  Many
one day events show up as two days, from 11pm one day to 11 pm the next,
giving incorrect display of a one day event.  What settings can I change to
stop this default display format?

Check the time zone settings and daylight saving time settings in both
Windows and Outlook.  Usually one of these is incorrect when events suddenly
shift by an hour.
