How to Delete multiple calender

I have a few calendar that at one point that I shared, but those employees
are no longer here.  The delegates have been removed, but I still see the
employees name, how do I remove those names???

Using outlook 2000 on an Exchange 2000 server.

There names appear once I click on File>>open>>(box opens and their names
still appear)
