We want to set up recurring appointments, for example monthly bid lettings,
on a public calendar and the allow our employees to copy or import them to
their individual calendar.  Is there a way to do this?  I'm using Outlook
2002.

Users can copy appointments the same way they can copy other items -- with
Ctrl+drag.
