How can I merge another user's calendar into mine. I am a delega.

I have long been a delegate on a coworker's calendar. Their calendar has
many recurring appointments scheduled well into the future. That coworker
has unfortunately taken another job.

I need to be able to merge those future appointments into my calendar.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Open their calendar folder. Switch to a table view such as By Category.
Control+Drag all their appointments into your Calendar folder to copy them.
