I need to send a copy of one of our employees Outlook Calendars to  someone
on a different system from ours.  Since it was too large to go through email
I thought I would try to zip the pst file but it keeps generating an error
message.  Does anyone have any suggestions.

What error message? Did you close Outlook before trying to zip the file?
