I have 2 calendars in Outlook 2003 (in an exchange enviroment). One is My
personnal work calendar and one is for my team (contains leave date, work
rotas etc).

calendar                       (want to keep this one private/requires
reminders)
  |____Team Calendar  (want to share this 1)

I wish to share the 'team calendar' to my exchange workgroup. However
outlook will only allow me to share my personnal calendar. If I swap the
order of them around so that the Team Calendar becomes the parent I loose my
personnal reminders.

Is it possible (are there anyupdates in the "pipeline" which will allow this
(very useful) function. Or is it that I am just configuring it incorrectly?

Thanks!

To access a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on the File |
Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the mailbox owner needs to grant Reviewer
permission to the root of the mailbox, as well as appropriate permission on
the folder.

The user who needs access then goes into Tools | E-mail Accounts or Tools |
Services (depending on the Outlook version), brings up the properties for
the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox.

For more information on folder permissions, with how-to screen shots, see
