I have been tasked with finding a way for employees to be able to share their
calendars via personal distribution lists.  Is this possible?

Thanks!

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what version of Outlook you're using, what
mail server, and what you mean by "share via personal distribution lists."
In the meantime, see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

Outlook 2003/Exchange.

It appears that the choices when sharing your calendar are adding
individuals or server based distribution lists.  Many of our Directors would
like to share their calendar with their personal distribution lists that they
have created instead of manually adding 50-100 individuals.

BTW:  recently purchased your book.  A great resource!
