Month View at top of Calendar

How can I change the months at the top of the calendar? I.E. in the month of
February I don't need February and March, I need January and March (like
normal printed calendars)

There's no way to do this with Outlook's built-in print styles.  You might
want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook
calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to
your liking.  I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with
