MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / February 2005Outlook 2003: Appt Colors Lost
Support staff entered appointments in executive calendar using colors. 2 months later, the color disappeared on some but not all appointments. Looking for advice on where to start. I too have had this problem. However today I realised that its to do with the CURRENT VIEW setting. I'm sure you know that once you customise a folder you can save it as a CURRENT VIEW. If you change the view, then the automatic colors go back to default. This is really anoying as I have 6 views that I use often. So if anybody knows how I can copy settings please let me know.
