Calendar program in Microsoft Outlook

Is there a way to set up Calendar to show the day of the week next to the
date? Except for the "month view" only the date is reflected and the day of
the week does not appear anywhere. Also, the week no. does not appear despite
selection in the check box.

the day of the week is the long date format used on the computer - control
panel, regional setting to change it.
