Iwould like to be able to share a calendar with my colleagues at work and
have emailed calendars to them to update holidays etc. however one can never
be sure that one has the most recent calendar. I would like to be ablew to
share one calendar between all of us on a network with office 97 to 2000

What mail server are you using?  If not Exchange, then look here for mixed

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to the
(insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account
will be deleted without reading.
