My Outlook is viewing Months as double digits

I need help!! My outlook calendar has suddenly begun to display the months in
all views as a double digit number instead of a word, (i.e. 06 for June). I
want to have the month and not the number, can you explain to me how to
accomplish this. I have tried the customize views and the calendar options
under Tools, with no success. Help!!!

Control Panel->Regional Options. Use the long date format and be sure it is
in mmmm dddd yyyy format.
