Displaying Reminders in Outlook '03

Since we've upgraded to 2003, I've noticed that the reminders behave
differently. The new window of reminders, rather than the cascading stickies
is sort of nice, but it doesn't pop up and come to the top of the open
windows on the desktop, unless we're actively using Outlook. It's really easy
to miss reminders when they automatically minimize to the task bar, which is
the case if I have anything but Outlook as the active window.

Any way to force the reminders to the top, rather than blinking away in the
taskbar?

From the start menu / run command:

Outlook.exe /cleanreminders

(recreates the reminder search folder and restarts the search)

Outlook.exe /resetfolders

(recreates the properties and possibly the folders themselves that point to
the default folders.  "Reminder" is a special hidden folder in outlook

Thanks for this info... I'm not sure it's the fix for my problem though. I
haven't tried it yet, but my issue seems to be a problem for everyone on the
network, so I'm not sure that this is the solution.

Essentially, I think it's just the workings of Outlook '03 that cause the
reminders to only go to the taskbar if you're working in programs other than
Outlook. Can someone confirm this?
