How do I set the display of the outlook calendar so the current date's week
will always display as the top of screen?

For example: When calendar is opened on Feb 28th, the view will be for whole
month of Feburary with the 28th week being at the bottom of the screen. I
want the display to show the 28th week on the top of the screen so I can see
the coming week's info w/o scrolling everytime.
