How can I save/send an Outlook calendar I created?

I have created a separate calendar in Outlook for a non-profit group I work
with and want to send a copy of this calendar to others in the group.  I
can't figure out how to save a copy and email it (not sure which format
should be used).  Any suggestions?

If they're all using Outlook, you can export the calendar to a .PST file and
send that file to the others, who can then open it in their Outlook using
File | Open.  If they're not using Outlook, you might want to take a look at
some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data to create a
calendar in Word, which you can then send as a Word doc to your colleagues.
I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with it.  Links to
