I am wondering if there is a way of adding a number count to my recurring
Outlook appointments? We schedule classes in Outlook and we would like to see
at a glance if we are on week 3 or 4 of the class. I know this was a feature
on Calendar Creator Plus. Should I just start using that program again?

If that is one of your major requirements, then yes, resume Calendar
Creator.

Have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment II at www.websetters.co.uk. A couple of
new features have been included with version 2.1 one of which allows the
subject headings in each of the Repeated Appointments to include a sequence
count with the option to be prefixed with configuration text.

Go to the WS:Repeat Appointment FAQ page @
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/Repeat%20Appointment/WSRA_FAQ.htm for
more details.

This may provide you with the solution you require.

Graeme
