Hello,
is it possible to use the Pen of a Tablet PC for editing
Outlook Calendar. I can write Mails in Outlook but it does
not write in the Calendar fields.

No, you cannot use the calendar that way.  It uses appointments, meetings
and events to populate.

You'll need to use either the Tablet PC Input Panel or the popup input pane
that appears in Windows XP SP2.
