I have a user that will book a meeting for someone and when she books it the
someone show they are available. When that someone isn't availabe and they
have a meeting already booked. It happens from time to time where she isn't
seeing the full calendar of someone when she books a meeting. She has rights
to view everyones calendar and everything. She is running Outlook 2003 on
Windows XP SP2.

Thanks

Is she looking at the calendar or the Free/Busy time?  Does she use the Date
Picker?

If you open a new appointment item and go to the second tab, at the bottom
there is the option to use the AutoPick that will look at all attendees and
pick the best time when everyone is free.
