We are setting up outlook for a school, is it possible for us to use the
personal calender to put our personal items in, but for it to blokk out the
time in the mailbox calender, but not to say what it is? so other people
booking appointments wont be able to see what i have set up just to know that
i'm busy at that time?

Thanks in advance

I think you mean that you have a Calendar in your Mailbox and one in
personal Folders.  On that basis:

Put all your meetings in the Mailbox Calendar and mark the ones you don't
want others to see as Private (bottom right corner of each appointment).

Please post your version and details such as whether you have Exchange next
time.
