I have 3 calendars that I open each morning by checking the box next to their
share names.

As long as I don't close Outlook thay will stay open. If I close Outlook, I
then have to re-check those boxes in order to view those calendars.

Is there a way to ckeep those boxes checked so that I can have those shared
calendars open automatically?

No, Outlook provides no way to do this.
