Hi,
I've read below that to solve the "Unable to open free / busy information...
" error message one should run outlook with the a/m switch. I tried but got
an error message saying "Unable to clean your free 7 busy information in the
server".

Can someone assist me?

Thanks and regards

SYMPTOMS
When you use the meeting planner to view another person's free/busy time,
you may receive the following error message:
Unable to load free/busy information
CAUSE
This behavior may occur because there is a problem with the other person's
published free/busy information.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, refresh the free/busy information by running
Outlook with the /CleanFreeBusy command-line switch on the computer that is
experiencing problems publishing free/busy information. To do this: 1. Click
Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy.
3. Click OK.
