Our booking agent uses something she calls E Calendar to publish our group's
current prospective tour dates to the web. There is a small banner on the
calendar page that says it is created by Microsoft Outlook. Since I use
outlook on my day job's PC, is there a way to sync my work PC's Calendar to
the E Calendar?

It sounds like it was made using File, Save as web page, so no, you can't
sync with it. If it's a sharepoint calendar, you could download appointments
to Outlook 2003 but not upload your appointments. (A demo is available at
www.xsolive.com)
