how to set recurring reminder for a recurring task

Although I have set a recurring task, the reminder came only on the day the
task was set. It is a daily task and the reminder also is expected daily.

How do I do this ?

Set up your recurrence for daily and mark each day's task Complete. The next
task in the recurring series is generated when you mark the prior one
complete.
