HI,

I copied the outlook .pst file to a CD.
Now I need to get the previous calendar data from that outlook .pst file.
How do I retrieve it?

Thank you.
Nainil.

Cope the CD to your hard drive, remove the read only attribute.  Open
Outlook and use File->Open->Outlook Data File to open the .pst file.
Display the saved calendar file in a table view, categories works well for
this.  Select all and then right click and drag to your active calendar
icon.  When you release the mouse, it will ask you if you want to copy or
move.  Select your preference - personally, I use copy so I still have the
intact files in case something goes wrong.
