I am running Outlook 2003 on XP in PST time zone. He is running Outlook 2000 on 2000 and is in PST time zone. This is the only person on the team this is effecting. Please, we are not mind readers. There is some gooofiness with meetings between the two versions, but I didn't think it involved time issues and if it's successful with other team members and 2000, then it's less likely to be a version thing. On the 2000 system: along with reverifying the settings, change them, apply, and change back. In both Outlook and Windows.
