I am running Outlook 2003 on XP in PST time zone.

He is running Outlook 2000 on 2000 and is in PST time zone.

This is the only person on the team this is effecting.

Please, we are not mind readers.  Explain in detail what the problem is.
Cryptic posts are seldom answered.

Invitee to meeting receives meeting request - although once accepted it
inserts it 8 hours early on his calendar.  Both of us are in PST time zone
and have re-verified our settings.

I am runnign outlook 2003 and he is running outlook 2000

Ensure your Daylight Savings time settings match under both Control Panel
and the Calendar options.

Do other persons on the team use outlook 2000 too? There is some gooofiness
with meetings between the two versions, but I didn't think it involved time
issues and if it's successful with other team members and 2000, then it's
less likely to be a version thing.

On the 2000 system: along with reverifying the settings, change them, apply,
and change back. In both Outlook and Windows.
