Outlook should be able to record meeting times in 1/4 hour increm.

Are you saying that you want to be able to set a meeting to take place at
say 8:45 or 3:15 or something like that? If that is the case then it is
possible to do it already. All you have to do is open a meeting request and
select 8:30 and then highlight the 30 and type in 45 on the keyboard and
this will allow you to change the time to 8:45.

Yes I am aware of this but it would be nice if the pull-down was in 1/4 hour
increments rather than 1/2 hour ones.
