MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / March 2005Meeting Request Calendar Update
Im using Outlook 2003, if I respond to a meeting request, the meeting date and time is not added in my Outlook calendar. It will send the auto reply to the meeting organizer, that I accepted. I cant figure this out. Any Ideas? Do you have a delegate for your calendar? Do you use a Blackberry?  Signature--? Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. I ||| cant figure this out. Any Ideas? I have users experiencing a similar problem. But users with Blackberrys are the only ones experiencing the problem. Meeting organizers are reporting to me that when they receive a response to a meeting request from a Blackberry user, the reply is missing the When: information. This only occurs when users respond from Outlook on their PCs. If responding from their Blackberry the information in the reply is all there. We are using Blackberry Enterprise server. The users have the Blackberry Desktop Manager (intellisync software) on their PCs. They are all using (including myself) MS Office XP SP3 on Windows XP SP4. The mail server is Exchange 5.5.
